Zena graduated from Northumbria University in 1998 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. She joined Longden Walker & Renney Property Department in 2003 and became a Partner in the firm in 2008.
Zena is head of the Property Department and besides the day to day management of the team, specialises in complex transactions such as newbuild purchases, leasehold properties and transactions such as development site sale and acquisition.
In addition to property, Zena is also often involved in business matters such as Partnership Agreements, small business sale and acquisition, dealings with commercial premises and employment issues associated with reorganisation and business ownership.
Her thorough approach, efficiency and problem solving skills have meant she has been able to build up a client base not only of local and regional residents, business people and companies but also those further afield and throughout the country. Zena is committed to the highest client care and professional standards, team training and development and is often credited by clients for the level of personalised service she provides.
