Laura graduated from Sunderland University with an Honours Degree in Law in 2006 and then went on to study for both her Legal Practice Course and her Masters Degree at Northumbria University, graduating in 2007 and 2008 respectively.
Laura joined the Probate, Wills and Trusts Department at Longden Walker in 2007 and has built up a great deal of experience in the drafting of Wills, the administration of estates, and Elderly Client work including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications to the Court of Protection.
Laura is compassionate when working for clients and is sensitive to the individual's particular needs. Her goal is to provide the best possible legal service in the most friendly and accessible fashion.
Laura is due to commence her Training Contract with the Firm this year with a view to qualifying as a Solicitor in 2012.
