Neil is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and specialises in clinical negligence matters.  Neil has more than 10 years experience in this specialised area of law and has dealt with cases ranging from those with a very modest value to those involving catastrophic injuries.  He has a particular interest in birth-acquired injuries, such as cerebral palsy and shoulder dystocia injuries and failed breast surgery.  His thoroughness and attention to detail has received acclaim from leading experts.
