We act for numerous property investors in the purchase and sale of properties for their portfolios. We are well versed in the requirements of buy to let mortgages and understand that these properties form part of a business for our clients. We know that these transactions are often subject to very short timescales and the systems and procedures we have in place enable us to deal with them in a very short time where necessary. We understand that many of our clients have their own tenancy agreements which they use as standard, but if not we are more than happy to produce assured shorthold tenancy agreements for our clients to use.
