From the very first contact by phone nearly 6 years ago now, I found Longden Walker and Renney to be so friendly, I first dealt with Miss Abigail Price, Mr Heaviside's Assistant, and she couldn't have been more helpful and calming, as i panic a lot especially when talking with a solicitor (even when you do nothing wrong you feel guilty of something ) But she was calming and soothing and most of all friendly, I like to talk a lot and she took it all in her stride and never once pushed me or rushed me through our conversations.  

As for Mr Heavisides, he is totally different to what you expect or see on the tv! A very reassuring manner and voice and a good sense of humor certainly made my dealings with him very enjoyable and in fact I feel like I have now lost a friend by my case being resolved!  

I have always been able to contact someone at their offices when I was in panic mode about issues with my case.  I always had somewhere to turn when I felt things were going nowhere, and I was always kept in the loop of what was happening throughout the whole time Longden Walker and Renney have been fighting my case.

I would fully recommend this firm to anyone contemplating representation and also if you really want a fair fight and award then these guys and gals are the greatest I have dealt with.  They never forgot that I was human and sensitive at any time and humoured me when needed too.  I am totally going to miss our chats despite being relieved at the outcome of my case.
