Paralegal wanted to join our Wills, Trusts & Probate team

Longden, Walker & Renney are seeking to appoint an experienced Paralegal to help and assist with duties in our busy Wills, Trusts and Probate Department.

The ideal candidate would have some knowledge of dealing with Estates as they will be required to assist with a variety of tasks.

  • Drafting of Wills.
  • The administration of estates – both Probates and Intestacies.
  • Mental capacity issues – including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications to the Court of Protection.
  • Trust matters – including Personal Injury/Compensation Protection Trusts and the provision of advice to protect an individual’s wealth.
  • Conveyancing matters – associated with all the above.

The full-time role, which will be based at our head office on John Street in central Sunderland, is available with an immediate start and a competitive salary, depending on experience.

Whilst the position is best suited to someone with previous experience of working in a Wills, Trusts and Probate team, we would consider a Paralegal with alternative knowledge who is looking to take the next step in their career.
