LONGDEN, Walker & Renney is expanding and looking for a skilled and motivated Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) to join our Clinical Negligence team.

The ideal person will be an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or CILEx professional 0-5 Years PQE, who can handle a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from inception through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims.
- Conducting thorough investigations and gathering medical evidence.
- Advising clients on the merits of their claims and the litigation process.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.
- Engaging in negotiations and settlement discussions.
- Liaising with medical experts, counsel, and other parties to progress cases efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and firm policies.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx).
Proven experience managing clinical negligence cases (or similar litigation experience).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
