CAITLIN Sykes is celebrating a well-earned promotion as part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing emerging talent.
A specialist in Clinical Negligence, Caitlin has been promoted to Associate Solicitor in recognition of her outstanding performance and growing impact within the department.
Since joining us in August last year, Caitlin has quickly established herself as a highly-capable practitioner, demonstrating strong legal instinct and the confidence to manage complex cases effectively.
Her promotion reflects not only her technical expertise but also her calm, confident approach and ability to build strong professional relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Alixandra Cadden-Young, Joint Managing Director and Head of Clinical Negligence, said: “We are committed to recognising and rewarding talent, and Caitlin has demonstrated superb dedication, professionalism and client focus.
“Caitlin has made a significant impact since joining us. She combines excellent legal judgement with a calm, confident approach and has quickly built strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Her promotion to Associate Solicitor is thoroughly deserved and reflects the high standard of her work.”

The promotion is part of a wider programme of investment in early-career development. Over the past two years, several team members have progressed through key milestones, including Ben Crudace and Nicole Barrs, who have both secured Training Contracts. Beth Marron is also currently completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
Alix added: “We remain focused on investing in our people and creating clear pathways for progression. Supporting junior talent is central to our long-term vision, and Caitlin’s promotion demonstrates the strength of that commitment.”
