I am writing to you in reference my medical negligence claim that your solicitor Pam Davis has been working on tirelessly and painstakingly for the past 5 years. During this time I have found Pam to be a credit to your firm. Pam is an extremely conscientious, hardworking and caring individual.

This morning I received a very welcomed email from Pam advising me that the offer put forward for my claim had been accepted.

I chose Longden, Walker & Renney randomly due to the fact that my original surgery was done in Manchester and it was required that I choose a solicitor to act on my behalf from the mainland. I have absolutely no regrets with that decision. Just a quick note, firstly to say thanks for representing us at the inquest pre Christmas, secondly to thank you for taking this case on for us.

The way you’ve handled the sensitive issues surrounding my father in laws death and how we’ve been treat with genuine compassion as you gathered your information cannot be praised highly enough.

As for the representation you gave at the inquest, it would have been a whitewash without your support. You asked the questions we needed asking and didn’t rest on your laurels when cursory answers were fired back.. probing further into the doctors psyche than we would ever have done.

In this consumer led world where we’re all backs to the wall with the pressures of targets (with minimal expenditure allowed in time and cost), it was refreshing change to be treat by someone with such compassion, professionalism and above all… care.
