Always friendly and reassuring, Hannah enjoys supporting our clients and solicitors throughout the Clinical Negligence process by handling initial enquiries, managing communications and keeping clients updated about the progression of their case.
Originally from Seaham, Hannah enjoys being part of a supportive team whilst continuing her studies for a Law Degree at Sunderland University. She first joined us on a work experience placement and quickly impressed to be offered a permanent role.
Away from work
What are your main interests or hobbies?
When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy playing the Cornet as part of Trimdon Brass Band. I started learning in primary school and later joined the band alongside my dad and my step mam. The band compete in multiple contests throughout the year, they also perform at a variety of fun concerts and put on some brilliant social events.
What music do you like – any specific genre or artists?
I love music and will listen to pretty much anything, but I do particularly enjoy a bit of 80s!
What’s your favourite food?
I love going out for meals and trying new places to eat. Any sort of Italian food would usually be my go-to choice, but I’ve recently discovered an amazing Indian restaurant called My Delhi in Newcastle. I have a severe peanut allergy and they do not use them so I’m slowly working my way through their entire menu!
What film or boxset would you recommend to others?
Modern Family is my favourite box set at the moment, it’s so funny and such an easy watch. Film wise, I would have to go for Mamma Mia, which I’ve loved ever since watching it with my Mam as a child. I can probably recite all the words to it too!
Is there a smartphone App you could not live without?
It’s got to be Facebook because all my family and friends are on there and it’s an ideal way to keep in touch.
How would you describe yourself in 5 words?
Approachable, friendly, organised, understanding and a good listener.
If you could go back in time, what advice would you give your younger self?
Stress less, relax and enjoy the moment.
