Longden, Walker and Renney Solicitors is looking to appoint a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our friendly and dynamic team.
A well-established law firm with a long history of delivering exceptional legal services across the North East, we are proud of our client-focused approach. We have a strong reputation in commercial property law and this is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to take a key role in handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
The role is based at our head office on John Street in Sunderland, but we can offer very flexible working arrangements. Although there is a preference for periodic visits to the office, we are happy to offer an office-based position or a fully-remote one, or something in between. We have a good track record of providing supported remote working – we have a lawyer working from Cumbria and even one from Canada.
It is an excellent opportunity with strong prospects for career advancement and will require some limited domestic property work and working alongside our established domestic property team.

- Working collaboratively within the firm to support wider business objectives.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive and team-orientated approach.
Benefits
- Excellent remuneration for the right person, commensurate with experience.
