Jackie is our Head of Residential Property and has more than 30 years of residential conveyancing experience. Passionate and committed to her work, she is an excellent communicator and uses easy to understand language to explain every step of the conveyancing process.
Jackie’s pragmatic and practical approach helps to complete transactions quickly and smoothly. As a result, she receives countless personal recommendations and referrals from satisfied customers.
Although she works in a department which is deadline driven (and sometimes stressful) Jackie loves being part of a team which looks out for one another and pulls together. The joy of telling clients “You can collect the keys to your new home” still brings a smile to her face.
Away from work
Originally from East Boldon, Jackie recently moved to a bungalow in Sunderland which she is modernising and renovating with her husband. She enjoys spending her free time with family and loves to travel.
What music do you like?
My taste in music is very varied and I like listening to a wide range of artists – from Pink or Bon Jovi to James Blunt or Tom Grennan and so many more.
How would you describe yourself in 5 words?
Hard-working, practical, straight-talking, experienced and friendly.
What’s your favourite food?
My go to dish has to be an Indian Curry. I usually opt for a Vindaloo – the hotter the better!
What film or boxset would you recommend to others?
I do like watching the Fast and Furious film series, Sons of Anarchy and Peaky Blinders. I also like to relax after work by watching Emmerdale or EastEnders.
Do you have a favourite book and why?
I don’t get much time to read when I’m at home, but I do love a good thriller or romance when on holiday.
Is there a smartphone App you could not live without?
Music plays a big part in my life so I would probably have to say Spotify.
